About Your Coach
I spent most of my adult life overweight. I tried everything — low fat, fasting, calorie counting, HIIT classes. I'd lose weight and gain it all back. Again and again.
Then in 2016, I lost my wife to cancer. She was 42. In one moment I became a widower and a single dad to four daughters. And I realised: if I didn't get my health right, they could lose me too.
That fear changed everything. But the real breakthrough didn't come from a new diet. It came from finally understanding how my body actually worked. From fixing my metabolism instead of punishing it.
